What actually syncs today
- Segments only. Customer segment definitions from your Intercom workspace — names, filters, and metadata.
- Not articles. If you want Intercom Help Center articles in the AI index, use the Website crawler against your Intercom Help Center URL until direct article sync ships.
- Not conversations. Conversation history isn’t pulled into the training index today.
