Get a Phone Number
- Go to Phone Numbers in your dashboard 2. Click “Purchase Number” 3. Select your preferred country and area code 4. Complete the purchase

Enable SMS
Once you have your number: 1. Go to AI Agents -> SMS in the dashboard 2. Select your purchased
number 3. Click “Enable SMS Support”
Your purchased number can be used for both SMS and voice support. If you already have a number for
voice, you can use the same one for SMS.
