What’s distinctive
- Per-Help-Center scoping. When you paste your API key, OpenCX fetches the list of Help Centers from your Front account and lets you check the boxes for the ones you want synced. Unchecked Help Centers are skipped entirely.
- Visibility matches Front’s own type. Articles in Help Centers marked
internalin Front come in as internal in OpenCX. Non-published articles (draft, archived) are also marked internal. - Article content is fetched per article. The connector enriches each article with its full rendered content at sync time — not just metadata.
